HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 22 Relating to the maritime                         
boundary between Alaska and the former Union of Soviet Socialist               
Republics, which had been placed at the bottom of the calendar

Senator Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                
adoption of the Rules Senate Committee Substitute offered on page              
3837. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT                             
RESOLUTION NO. 22(RLS) was adopted and read the second time.                   
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and              
placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.                 
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 22(RLS) was                           
read the third time.                                                           
                                                                               
Senators Halford, Taylor, Leman, Ward moved and asked unanimous                
consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the resolution.                
Without objection, it was so ordered.                                          
                                                                               
The question being: Shall SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT                            
RESOLUTION NO. 22(RLS) Relating to the maritime boundary                       
between Alaska and the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics,
